I am excited to have a huge kick off for the new site starting with a hot sauce challenge in collaboration with Review the World. We will air the first episode tomorrow and while the quality may not be the best, I can promise great information and you can see us almost die. Now that is entertainment! Casserole of Disaster 
I’m so excited!!!! I loves me some hot stuffts! Hot women, hot coffee, and hot sauce! I’m even into hot men! (but in the whole, I don’t want to have sex with them kind of way, just, you know, platonic man-love)
I recently wrote an article about a co-worker of mine who was the first to enter and win the ‘5 minutes in Hell’ hot wings contest at a local restaurant. He had to eat 7 large wings coated in ghost pepper (ghost peppers measure in at 1,000,000 scoville heat units) sauce in 5 minutes. The owner made him wear gloves and protective lip balms. It took him two tries, but he did it. And after watching and then subsequently sampling a teeny bit of the hot sauce, I have a whole new respect for chileheads.
Oh my gosh! I hurt for him.
About two months ago I was dumb enough to eat an entire ghost pepper. It took three hours for me to be mildly uncomfortable. It was awful.
